On May 3rd Flemington area faith communities joined together for the annual Faith in Action event. The Flemington Jewish Community Center hosted this year. Participants were able to join in on seven different service projects organized by the various faith communities. Long-time support of the Flemington Food Pantry, Grace UCC, organized assembly of Birthday Bags for the pantry.
On Saturday, April 25th members of Grace UCC joined other area faith communities for the first annual Interfaith Walk for Peace. Non-perishable food items were collected for Flemington non-profit Harbor of Hope.
MaryKate Lundquist led a team of volunteers who met at the Flemington Shoprite in December to assemble “Meals in a Bag” for the Flemington Food Pantry.
Members of Grace UCC gathered for a festive dinner at the Harvest Moon Inn, followed by attending the A White Christmas musical in Lambertville. Thank you to Marianne F. for organizing this festive event, with support from Bill T.
