GRACE UCC:
Grace is "a church without barriers to God". We strive to be a welcoming, open and affirming, inclusive congregation rooted in the ministry of Jesus Christ. Together we seek to draw closer to God through worship, study, fellowship and mission. Our shared desire to serve as "instruments of Christ's peace" keeps our commitment to social justice a central priority. OFFICE: Located at 18 Court Street- "across the park" from the Flemington Woman's Club (where we meet on Sundays at 11 a.m.).
Pennies and Nickels: One of the mission projects at Grace UCC is our “Pennies and Nickels” program. Members and friends bring their loose change to church on Sunday mornings and place it in the silver “Change Bowl”. Below are just some of the items we have been able to buy, many through Church World Service (CWS), via this simple program- one by which we are turning some of our smaller possessions into larger ones for those in need…
Click on the pictures below to see a slide show of some of what Grace has been able to purchase to date.
June 29, 2008: Update from Alice about the 2008 (June 13 & 14) Relay for Life event:
